I buy a lot of spinach for salads. I eat not a lot of spinach in salads. So I need spinach recipes that make it super easy and delicious to eat all these greens. That’s why I love this lemon garlic sauteed spinach. It is garlicky and tangy, and it is delicious on its own or in one of our harvest bowls.

Techniques for perfect Lemon Garlic Spinach

  • This is a pretty simple recipe, but I do have one key technique: Cook the spinach until it wilts, but doesn’t lose all texture. Overcooked spinach turns into a soggy mess. Cook this spinach until it is wilted and still bright green.
